No need to say how much children like it. Actually it is a very healthy food as we use many types of vegetables. So Ilike to offer my kids so frequently after their return from school.
Ingredients:
-1 cup gratted cabbage
- 1/4 cup cauliflower(opt)
- 1 cup grated potato
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
- Maida
            -corn flour
            -salt
            -ginger + garlic paste
            -1 tbsp rice flakes (pooha)/cooked rice
            -2 or 3 green chillies
-1tsp red chilli paste (opt)
-1tsp red chilli paste (opt)
            -1/4tsp pepper powder (Optional)
            -1/4 tsp of baking soda
            -1/4 cup curd fresh
            -1/4 tsp soya sauce
            -1/2 tbsp tomato sause
            -pinch of black salt
            -1/4 tsp garam masala
            -red chillies powder
            -2 big onions
            -coriander leaves
            -curry leaves
            -cashew (optional)
            -oil for deep fry
            -2 garlic cloves
            -ajinomoto (optional)
Procedure: 
       - Boil the water and cook cabbage ,potato, carrot and cauliflower for 2 minutes                and drain out water. Keep the veg. stock aside.
           (vegs  to be half boiled.)
            -take them into a big bowl and add  one finely chopped onion, ginger,garlic                     pasre, red chillie paste, pepper powder, salt, baking powder, rice and mix                      thoroughly. 
- now add corn flour and maida in 1 ½ : 1 ratio to such extent to make balls.

            -heat oil in a deep pan and drop the batter as pakodies into the oil and fry                        till golden colour. Then remove them from oil.
            -Beat curd , add stock, soya sauce, tomato sauce.
- mix 1tsp of cornflour in 2 tbsp of water.
- mix 1tsp of cornflour in 2 tbsp of water.
            -In a wide pan take 1 tsp of oil and heat it. Fry one  chopped onion,   chillies,                  garlic, curry leaves. Add curd +water.  When it is boiling add manchurias.
             when 3/4 of water is absorbed add cornflour liquid and stir it till all the water                is obsorbed by the manchurias.  
            -Now sprinkle black salt, garam masala, coriander leaves and red
             chilly  powder as per your taste.
            - Now ready to serve.
TIPS:
            -If fried manchurias are hard add little water to the batter.
            -If wet manchurias are not as wet as per your taste, next time
             add more water to the curd.
            -You can eat fried manchurias directly as pakodas also.
