Of all the sweets wheat flour halwa is the easiest sweet. When there is an unexpected guest in your house, you can surprise them with this sweet in 10 min. Let’s start preparing it.....
Ingredients:
Wheat flour: 1cup
Sugar : 1cup
Milk : 2cups
Ghee : 1cup
Cashew nut & almonds
Procedure:
- Take a deep frying pan and heat it.
- Add 2 tbsp of ghee and fry the wheat flour, cashew & almond pieces on low flame till light brown colour. At this stage you smell a nice fragrance
- In a non-stick pan or a vessel boil milk and sugar together. When sugar melts pour the remaining ghee and stir it.
- Lower the flame and pour the wheat flour slowly into the milk while stirring with a spoon. Be cautious lumps should not be formed.

Tips:
- According to your taste you can change the quantity of sugar.
- If you are more health conscious instead of ghee use oil (3/4 cup). If you use oil at end add 1tbsp ghee for taste.
-for better flavour you can add 1smashed cardamom.
