Sesame Seeds Laddu

 As Sesame seeds and jaggery are rich in iron we can say a healthy food for all ages. It is more preferable sweet for increasing blood count. If jaggery is not available substitute with sugar.

Ingredients:
sesame seeds     1 cup
 jagerry              1 1/2 cup (powder)
dry coconut powder  1/4 cup


Procedure:

-fry sesame seeds on low flame till they become crispy/fragrance comes.
-grate the dry coconut. 
-make jaggery powder.
-grind sesame seeds, jaggery powder and grated coconut together into  powder.
-take the mixture in a big bowl and mix them thoroughly.
-now make laddus and store in the air tight container.
-you can store them for 1 month.

Tips:

-in the absence of jaggery powder use sugar powder
-grind the sesame seeds when they are warm to make the powder easily
-if laddu is not comming  add little more jaggery.
-prefer unpolished sesame seeds
