Tasty Buttermilk
In Summer we prefer more drinks to solids. If they are healthy drinks then they are more preferable. Buttermilk is preferable as it regulates the body heat as well as rich in calcium. So in summer we have to take atleast 2 times a day. If you drink it immediately after brushing instead of coffee ortea it gives more result.
Take curd made out of fat free milk or remove butter from the curd and shake it into butter milk. for 1 cup curd you can add atleast 5 cups of water.
Now add 1 tsp jeera powder, 2 tsp salt, chopped 1curry leaf, few chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice as per the taste. Mix well.
If you want foam, shake well before serve.
Leave it for 1 hr if you want to stain the butter milk.
Serve chilled or plain .
If you are drinking as a first drink, drink plain one only.
