Jonna (Jawar) Upma

As jawar is very good for health, particularly for  sugar patients and health conscious persons this is a very healthy breakfast as well as  dinner. Of many types of upma one is jawar  rava upma. Whatever colour or size,  it is ok .

-turn off the flame and wait for 5 more min.
- you can season it with coriander leaves.
-ready to eat.

Tips:

- you can eat it plainly or with kara poddi or coconut chutney or pickle.
- jawar upma is little bit gummy. So I prefer wheat rava and jawar rava 1:1.
