ALOO fry (crispy)



                                                                  
If you are fan of French fries then you have to try this. You can eat it with the rice or as snack.

Ingredients:
                -Potatoes 2 big
                - Oil 2 cups
                - Salt
                - Red chilli powder (optional)
Procedure:
                - Peel the potatoes.
                - Cut them into medium size pieces and soak them in water for 10 min.
                - Drain the water completely.
                - Take oil in a deep frying pan and heat it.
                - Add potato pieces and pinch of salt.
                - Allow to fry on medium flame with occasional stirring.
               - When the potatoes become little soft increase the flame and fry them till golden brown                       colour.
               -Remove them into an oil stainer and let the oil drain.
               -Take them into a bowl .
              -Mix red chilly powder and salt in 1:1/2  and sprinkle it on potatoes.
               -Ready to serve.
Tips:

-For getting equally brown colour you have to stir it so frequently.
-More golden colour more crispiness.
-If you like little softness in the beginning cover the frying pan with the lid till they become little soft.
